Ingredients for 24-30 pieces:
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 425 g dark chocolate
- 300 ml of neutral oil
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder
- 350 g sugar
- 3 packs of vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 9 eggs
- 300 g of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the topping:
- 30 small pretzels
- 200 g chocolate
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Then mix well with oil in a mixing bowl with a mixer.
Add cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and milk and stir well. Add eggs one at a time and stir well after each egg. Add flour and stir. Crush the milk chocolate with a knife, add to the batter and stir in with a wooden spoon.
Place the dough on the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly. Place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate for the topping in a saucepan, pour it onto the finished brownies and place a pretzel on top of each.
