I love to invent new recipes. And I prefer to combine different recipes with one another. This time there are tartlets with a wonderfully creamy pudding filling and fresh blueberries.

250 g flour

60 g of sugar

1 pinch of salt

125 g butter

1 yolk


1 packet of vanilla pudding powder

500 ml of milk

4 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp butter

1 cup of whipped cream

500 g blueberries (or other berries of your choice)



For the dough, knead all the ingredients together. Fill into tartlet molds and bake in the oven at 170 ° for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool down.

In the meantime, prepare the pudding cream. To do this, bring the milk to the boil. Mix the sugar with 6 tbsp milk and vanilla pudding powder. As soon as the milk boils, stir in the pudding and stir for 1 minute.

Let the pudding cool down a little, but stir it again and again so that no "skin" forms.

Then stir in the butter with the whisk. Finally fold in the whipped cream. Pour the pudding cream into the tartlets and top with blueberries.
