It's as good as it sounds: blackberry punch with lemonade and gin. The perfect drink for all gin fans and those who want to become one.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200g blackberries
- 100g currant
- 50g raspberries
- half a bunch of lemon balm
- 2 lemons
- 300ml gin
- 50ml lime syrup (alternatively elderflower syrup)
- Lemon soda to pour on (alternatively soda water, lemon juice, sugar)
Preparation:
Remove the currants from the stem, wash the berries thoroughly and place in a bowl. The blackberries and raspberries can be cut in half. Wash the lemon balm, remove it from the stem and add it as well. Wash the lemons and loosen the peel with a peeler and add. Pour the gin and syrup on top, stir well and leave to stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Stir the punch well the next day and pour the lemonade over it. Tip: A pinch of freshly ground pepper brings a little zing into the punch. Try it out!
