The ingredients for 4 servings: Dumplings: 1 kg floury potatoes, 1 egg, 1 yolk, 150 g flour, 100 g semolina, a pinch of salt; Filling: 3 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper; Sauce: 400 g yoghurt, 100 g cream, 1 bunch of wild garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice

The preparation:

Dice tomatoes and onion. Sauté the onion in oil until translucent, add the tomatoes, sauté briefly

Puree, reduce completely, season with salt and pepper

For the dumplings, cook the potatoes until soft, press them while hot

Mix with semolina, egg, yolk and salt. Knead in enough flour to make a loose dough

Divide into 4 pieces, flatten a little, put a quarter of the filling on each

Beat the dough over it and shape into dumplings

Gently cook in salted water until they rise

Sauce: Beat the cream until stiff, stir in the yoghurt
