This delicious pancake is baked in the oven with apples. It's easy, always works and tastes delicious. Tip: It is essential to eat it while it is still lukewarm!

Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 3 eggs
- 175 ml whole milk
- 125 g flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- For the decoration: icing sugar
Preparation:
1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat. Peel and core the apples and cut into small, not too thick pieces (you can also leave the peel on, that's a matter of taste) and sprinkle with 1.5 tablespoons of sugar.
2
Put the butter in an ovenproof pan and heat it up, add the apples - but don't simmer for too long.
3
For the dough, mix the eggs, milk, flour, remaining sugar, salt and cinnamon and beat with a hand mixer for about 3 minutes until frothy.
4
Carefully pour the batter over the apples in the pan and bake the apple pancake for about 15-25 minutes (may vary depending on the oven). Once the batter comes up on the sides and has turned a nice color, the pancake is ready. Let cool down a bit, sprinkle with icing sugar and ideally lukewarm (that's how it tastes best!).
