INGREDIENTS
300 g of flour
2 large eggs
50 g cornstarch
30 g cocoa powder
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla sugar
130 g of sugar
3 tbsp Nutella
70 g applesauce
200 ml buttermilk
2 apples (Golden Delicious or Gala)
PREPARATION
Mix the eggs with the buttermilk and applesauce. Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, sugar and a small pinch of salt and add the mixture. Beat with the mixer until creamy. Finely chop the chocolate and mix into the mass together with the Nutella.
Peel and core the apples and cut very finely. Also fold into the dough. If the dough is too firm, add a little buttermilk or applesauce.
Fill the muffin tins with the batter and place in a muffin tin. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
