In a conversation with "Entertainment Tonight", the actor spoke in the usual humorous way about his children - and the naming process.
Actually, so claims George Clooney, he wanted to name the children "Casa" and "Amigos" - after the name of his tequila company. Unfortunately, Amal protested against this. Which is why they agreed on "Ella" (in adoration of the jazz singer Ella Fitzgerald) and "Alexander" (after Alexander the Great).
But he is very satisfied with the choice of name, says George. They would go very well with the temperament of the twins. "Alexander is like a small, fat moose. He sits around and feeds. I recognize myself very well in him." His daughter Ella, however, "luckily" inherited her mother's beauty. "She is very elegant and graceful, but has a lot of temperament."
