It was only a matter of time before Alexa Chung launched her own fashion label and now the time has come! That is, almost. The British announced the news on her Instagram account (where else) and wrote: "The cat's out of the bag."
On the website The Business of Fashion, the 32-year-old revealed a few details about her ready-to-wear line: Her first collection includes day and nightwear, denim pieces, jewelry and shoes. OMG, we're already freaking out! We have to be patient, however, because Alexa's parts will only be available from May 2017.
The collection is available through luxury retailers such as Galeries Lafayette, Matchesfashion.com, MyTheresa, Selfridges and SSENSE - and there are also rumors about an online shop. We are so excited about the first previews of the collection. "I want to make sure its something that is speaking to just everyone on the street.", Says the style icon.
