Strawberries! Yogurt! Vanilla cream! Everything is delicious in itself - a dream as a cake. Food blogger Jürgen Liechtenecker revealed his recipe to us.
One thing you shouldn't do: destroy the taste of this wonderful recipe with a finished cake base. It is usually dust-dry and, in the worst case, tastes chemical. And so it is by no means the right base for the tasty strawberries.
4 medium organic eggs
100g plain flour
10 tbsp sunflower oil
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla sugar
some ground vanilla pod
1 pinch of salt
The preparation: Mix all ingredients properly with the food processor or hand mixer and bake for 35 minutes in a greased springform pan or cake pan at 160 degrees Celsius. Then let the cake base cool for at least 30 minutes.
1 packet of cream cheese (175g)
1 small Cup of yogurt
5 tablespoons of sugar
200 ml of milk
1 sachet of agartine
some vanilla pulp
The preparation: Bring the milk with the vanilla pulp and the agartine (gelling agent) to the boil, stir and set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl with the whisk. Then stir in the milk / jelly mixture. Let the mass steep for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Then the cream can be spread on the cake base and topped with the fresh strawberries. Can be consumed immediately!
