A wonderful, light dessert that you should definitely try - not just because it's so beautifully purple: yoghurt curd cream with blueberries and lavender.

INGREDIENTS

125 g curd cheese

125 ml yogurt

3-4 tbsp lavender honey

Pinch of cinnamon

some grated lemon peel

130 ml whipped cream

2 sheets of gelatin

150 g blueberries

Lavender flowers

PREPARATION

For the cream, mix the curd cheese, yoghurt, lemon zest and lavender honey together well and season to taste. Soak the gelatine in cold water, squeeze it out and dissolve it in a little hot rum. (If you don't want to use alcohol, you can also use lemon juice - but then use a little more honey).

Stir the gelatine into the yoghurt curd mixture, then fold in the whipped cream, add a few blueberries and pour into glasses.

Cover with cling film and leave to soak in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.

Wash the blueberries and warm them with a little lavender honey. Stir the mixture well and pour it onto the yoghurt curd cream. Sprinkle with fresh lavender flowers and serve.
