Some prefer to eat brownies, others prefer muffins and the real sweet tooth among us love both. This recipe is for everyone who (like me) often just can't or doesn't want to make a decision: Brownie muffins!

ingredients

260 g flour

1 egg

60 g chopped walnuts

40 g chopped couverture (or chocolate drops)

50 grams of sugar

1 packet of vanilla sugar

80 ml of oil

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 teaspoons of baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

120 ml chocolate milk

180 ml buttermilk

preparation

Mix the flour, cocoa powder, nuts, chocolate chips, baking powder and baking soda together. In a mixing bowl, beat the oil, egg and sugar with the mixer, then add the chocolate and buttermilk and finally the flour-chocolate mixture and mix everything together well.

The mixture is filled into paper cases or prepared muffin tins and sprinkled with a few chocolate drops and / or chopped nuts.

Then the brownie muffins go to the oven, where they have to bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
