
Lisa Dobler from the online magazine VeganBlatt.com gave us a raw vegan dessert recipe: apple trifle. Mhhh!

Ingredients (for 4 servings):
Apple layer:
2 large apples, pitted, diced
cinammon
Juice of ½ lemon
Apple and almond cream:
2 large apples
2 tbsp almond butter
some lemon juice
½ cup of almond milk
Caramel layer:
½ cup pitted dates
2 tbsp coconut butter
¼ cup of hazelnuts
1 tbsp carob
1 pinch of salt
Chopped nuts

Preparation:
1. Immediately mix the diced apples with the cinnamon and lemon juice and set aside.
2. Finely puree all ingredients for the cream in a blender, place in a bowl.
3. Now mix all the ingredients for the caramel sauce and prepare four dessert glasses.
4. First cover a layer of apples with a spoonful of caramel sauce and pour some of the apple and almond cream on top. Continue until everything is used up and refrigerate.
5. Serve sprinkled with chopped nuts.
