There's a new Instagram account (#whatfranwore) that celebrates the true style icon. No, it's not Carry from Sex and The City, nor is it Serena from Gossip Girl. It is actually Fran Fine from The Nanny series.
We all know their fancy, funky outfits and we all loved them. Her shrill voice, the teased hair, her mini-skirts, the dark eyeliner, her shrill choice of colors and the sometimes veeery - today one would say "hip" - combinations. But not only we love and loved this style, because many designers also seem to have found Fran’s taste great.
