We love avocados, but we haven't eaten the fruit in this form: avocado coffee. Here is the recipe!

Whether avocado fries or avocado pizza, we've tried many variations, but with this creation we're also breaking new ground. Wellness coach Adam Rosante is really into avocado coffee (yes, you read that right) and also presents the recipe on his Instagram account. High time to try the drink!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup kale (ready to eat)
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of black coffee (cold)
- some cinnamon
Preparation:
Puree the avocado and raspberries. Mix in the kale. Fold the whole thing into the yogurt and add the chi seeds. Add coffee and mix everything together well. Season to taste with cinnamon. Complete!
