The wedding season has officially started with the first spring blossoms! If you're going to get married this year, it's never too early to think about the right nail design! We have a suggestion for you that also includes the "something blue"!
Bridal makeup is just as important as wedding dress and jewelry. Above all, this includes the right manicure for the bride, because when you put on each other's ring, all eyes are on the hands.
You can easily manicure the magical nails (picture above) yourself. The starting point is the classic French manicure, just reinterpreted! We explain how it works step by step.
Use a pastel base coat as a base for the nails, e.g. I Theodora You from OPI. The shade should match your skin color. Because important when designing the bride's nails: The nails should not distract from the ring!
Next comes the white tip like the French mankure look. But we don't want a hard edge, but a soft gradient like the ombré look. You can find out how it works here: Homemade ombré nails.
As soon as the white nail tip is dry, use the nail polish Lights of Emerald City from OPI and apply the glitter pieces on the tip. Be sure to catch some blue glitter particles so that you have "something blue" for the wedding.
Finally, use a transparent nail polish so that everything stays in place. Now you can say: "Yes, I do".
