In the course of the day: 8 glasses of water

In the morning: 1 glass of green smoothie + 1 cup of coffee with soy milk

Afternoon: 2 cups of green tea

In the evening: 1 glass of pomegranate juice

Before bedtime: 1 glass of water with cucumber slices (Infused Water)

Green smoothie with kale

Did you know that kale has the most vitamins of all vegetables? The contained vitamin A promotes cell growth and thus ensures beautiful skin and hair. Vitamin C is the basic building block for the production of collagen, which in turn slows down the aging process and strengthens our connective tissue. Here is a recipe for a green smoothie with cabbage:

- 2 leaves of kale

- 2 apples

- 1 pear

- some lemon juice

- ginger to taste

Put everything into the blender and pour water until a creamy liquid is formed.

Soy milk instead of cow milk

You don't want to go without your café latte in the morning? Do not you have to. But switch from cow's milk to plant-based milk. Experts have long believed that animal milk is bad for our digestion and therefore also bad for our skin. Soy milk, on the other hand, contains isoflavones, which work great against wrinkles.

Green tea

It is rich in the antioxidants, catechins and plyphenols, which are known for their anti-aging properties. In addition, green tea has anti-inflammatory effects and protects the skin from UV rays. Great side effect: It's very invigorating, like coffee - but much gentler on the stomach.

Pomegranate juice

The red fruit even contains twice as many antioxidants as green tea. If you regularly eat pomegranate seeds or drink the juice from them, the skin will soon be visibly more beautiful. Inflammation heals, wrinkles disappear and the complexion looks healthier.

Cucumber water

There are many vitamins, iron, magnesium and potassium in cucumbers. The cucumber water also has an anti-inflammatory effect and ensures that the pH value of the skin remains in balance.
