Which care is right for me? We all ask ourselves this question … and rarely find the right answer for it. A DNA analysis can now be used in the laboratory to determine what your skin really needs. The right active ingredients are mixed individually into the cream.

Finding the perfect skin care product is not easy. Especially since the skin changes not only in the course of life, but also in the course of the year or even month. Sometimes it is dry, sometimes impure, sometimes sensitive. Some people tend to have pigment spots, others to wrinkles. So it's no wonder that many women use the wrong skin care regimen without realizing it. The assortment in the trade is vast. Who can tell me what demands my own skin has? In which areas should one prevent? The answer to such questions is to be provided with immediate effect by a new method from one.gen / 0, 1, which can use a DNA analysis to determine exactly what care the skin needs.

How does the DNA analysis work?

Humans are 99.9 percent identical in their DNA. They only differ in 0.1% percent. And it is precisely in this 0.1% that the information about our skin condition and needs is located. Hence the name one.gen / 0, 1.

The first step is to give a saliva sample (cotton swab in the mouth) to the doctor. This is analyzed in the laboratory to generate a report on various factors: cell longevity, tissue architecture, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, skin detoxification, skin-related intolerance and BMI gain. With the evaluated data, a skin care program tailored to each customer can be created. "This makes it possible for the first time to offer skin care that fits 100%," says Univ. Prof. Dr. Kopp from Juvenis, which is one of the first in the world to offer individual cosmetics.

The personalized cosmetics then work where they are urgently needed, such as pigment spots, acne, wrinkles or skin irritations. The DNA analysis can also be used to determine which active ingredients are best used to prevent skin aging.

Individual skin care

The attending doctor mixes the individually tailored care based on the evaluated laboratory data. You start with a 30-day program that consists of a cream including a booster and a sealant that work together perfectly. Before the treatment, the skin is treated with a gene peel for two weeks to prepare it for the treatment. The individual active ingredients in the boosters stimulate the body's own hyaluron production, visibly reduce the size and depth of wrinkles and expression lines, they ensure more flexibility and firmness of the skin, reduce pigmentation, ensure a uniform skin tone, reduce redness, prevent the appearance of Loss of tension and generally improve the appearance of the skin.

"And because the question has already arisen …" says Dr. Kopp, "of course the care products CANNOT affect the DNA!"

The care is applied daily in the specified order. It is up to you whether you want to continue working with one.gen / 0, 1 products after the 4 weeks of use. Because as great as personalized skin care with DNA analysis sounds, there is a catch: You pay for the complete set - that is DNA analysis + care program for 4 weeks - 980 euros. Dr. But Kopp adds: "One must not forget that the DNA analysis only has to be carried out once in a lifetime. It cannot change."

Kopp continues: "Of course, I understand that not everyone can afford the perfectly coordinated products from one.gen / 0, 1. That is why the use of the products is also recommended as a cure that is used 2-3 times a year."

The products alone (after the DNA analysis has already been carried out) then cost 390 euros for the cream or 120 euros for the seal per monthly treatment.
