Fruit is healthy! That’s out of the question. But the fruits are only partially suitable for losing weight. Therefore, you should also pay attention to the amount here!

Apples, pears and the like taste super delicious, but unfortunately they can also be the cause of one or two fat rolls on the body.
It is therefore a widespread misconception that in order to lose weight one has to forego sweets and carbohydrates, but can eat fruit and vegetables in abundance! Because as researchers have now found out, fruit sugar is quite bad for the body and, if you try to lose weight, has a negative effect on the body. In addition, the fructose can trigger a permanent feeling of hunger in the brain. That means that you want to eat more and more often.
Sadly, those who only eat apples and Co between meals or in the evening do not necessarily consume fewer calories. Because the carbohydrates and fructose hidden here can also add up to a decent penny. This means that fruit should ideally be eaten as an alternative to other carbohydrates and not in addition!
Even so, fruit is still a better and healthier alternative when it comes to cravings for something sweet. In any case, a small apple has fewer calories than 2 ribs of whole milk chocolate. But consider the amount. 3 pieces of fruit spread over the day are completely sufficient for a healthy diet and so you don't run the risk of gaining weight from carbohydrates and fructose.
Better to switch to vegetables
Fruit stimulates insulin levels because it is high in carbohydrates. However, since a high insulin level prevents fat from being broken down, you should definitely pay attention to the amount of fruit. In any case, cucumber, carrot and pepper sticks with lean cream cheese are more figure-friendly. When it comes to vegetables, you can really get an abundance of them.
Conclusion: In order to lose weight in a healthy and above all effective way, one should do a lot of sport, eat vegetables and pay attention to the amount of fruit. Eliminating food completely only leads to frustration and cravings. And as Paracelsus said so beautifully: "The dose makes the poison!"
