Music is everything in the life of 17-year-old Katie (Bella Thorne): during the day she composes songs on the guitar and watches her crush Charlie (Patrick Schwarzenegger) shyly from a distance, in the evening she performs as a street musician. When the handsome skater happens to see Katie's performance, he falls head over heels in love with her.
