Julia Roberts, Cameron Diaz, Rupert Everett, Dermot Mulroney and the greatest karaoke scene of all time: "My best friend's wedding" is one of the best romantic comedies ever, and 22 years later the cast met again and said that the film was actually would have had a different ending …

In 1997 "My Best Friend's Wedding" came out and it was love at first sight! But even 22 years later, the chemistry between the leading actors still seems to be right, as a photo shoot proves that brought the four back together for the magazine "Entertainment Weekly".
For those who have actually never seen the film: The film shows the story of Julianne (Julia Roberts) and Michael (Dermot Mulroney). The two are best friends who make a pact that if neither of them is married by the age of 28, they will marry each other. But then said age has come and suddenly Michael wants to marry Kimmy (Cameron Diaz) surprisingly. Julianne becomes maid of honor and tries together with George (Rupert Everett) to sabotage the young happiness.
Aside from the fact that Cameron Diaz reveals at this reunion how she felt during her - let's call it - extraordinary vocal interlude, the four also reveal that the film should actually end differently: Julianne was originally supposed to fall in love with another wedding guest. Played by John Corbett aka Aidan from "Sex and the City"! That didn't go down well at test demonstrations, so it was decided to have one of the best endings in a RomCom: namely NO happy ending.
