What happens when the bread runs out and the supermarkets are already closed? Then there is no reason to despair, because with just a few ingredients you can conjure up a delicious, fluffy flatbread (without yeast!) In a flash.

ingredients
250 g flour, 250 ml natural yoghurt, 1 level teaspoon baking powder, 1 small dash of oil, salt
preparation
Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt and add the yoghurt. Then everything is processed into a smooth dough on a lightly floured work surface. If the dough is too moist, just add a pinch of flour.
Shape the dough into 4 small balls and roll out with a rolling pin.
Brush a pan with oil, let the pan get hot over medium heat, place the flatbreads in it and bake until crispy brown. Then the flatbread is turned over and browned on the other side as well.
So that the flatbreads are really baked, it is best to put them in the 180 degree oven for about 3-5 minutes.
Then you can eat the flatbread immediately. Either with a curry as a bread substitute, or you can top it with olives, cheese, vegetables & Co.
There are no limits to individual preferences. The heavenly fluffy, fluffy and quick flatbread tastes great in every variant.
