2008 Fischer falls in love with fellow musician Florian Silbereisen. The two have been a couple for ten years. In 2012 she stood first time as an actress in front of the camera. In "Das Traumschiff" she played the role of the tour guide Franziska Stein. The episode aired on January 1, 2013. In the meantime, her ex Silbereisen is sailing the oceans as a captain in the series.

In addition, the song was created at a remarkable speed: composer Kristina Bach needed a minute and 40 seconds to write. The lyricist said in an interview: "Most of the songs are composed in two minutes. If it takes too long, the song is usually no longer consistent."
Her seventh album followed in 2017: "Helene Fischer", which immediately entered the charts at number one in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With that she went 2018 on their - for the time being - last tour. By the way. With an average price for a ticket of around 71 euros, it generates around 3.2 million euros per show. According to the New York Times, Fischer was eighth in the ranking of the most successful international musicians (ahead of Shakira and Justin Timberlake!) - and she was also the most successful non-English-speaking singer.
