You need this:

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • ½ tbsp sour cream
  • ¼ lemon
  • half a cucumber
  • 5 mint leaves
  • white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 slice of pumpernickel

That's how it works:

Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes, marinate with sour cream and lemon zest.
