Show me the dashing knuckles and tight calves! With a lot of care and little tricks, the legs become eye-catchers at the Oktoberfest!

Put on your dirndl and off to the Oktoberfest! But first we have to "renovate" our legs a bit so that they are really suitable for the show. From now on it's all about lubricating and caring for what it takes if the legs are supposed to steal the show even from the cleavage! Regular peelings are particularly effective. They remove the dead skin and make your legs feel smooth and shiny. It is best to exfoliate with a body brush directly in the shower. It works very quickly and is a must when it comes to leg care. Especially when you apply self-tanner and want to achieve a nice, even result. Also mandatory: moisturizing! Take care of your legs every day - if you like, you can use firming products that additionally firm the skin. Can't hurt!
Cheating allowed
Have you already slipped into your dirndl and still not completely satisfied? Then now is the time to cheat. If you can see bruises or fine veins, you can magic them away with a little body foundation. A little powder to set on top, and the skin is even. By the way, shimmering body oil works wonders and makes the legs look slimmer. You can apply self-tanner a few days before the (October) festival. The more tanned, the slimmer the legs look. Now all you have to do is hop into your pretty heels and head to the party tent!
Lend a hand
In the morning and in the evening you can easily find a few minutes to get your legs into shape by massaging, plucking and tapping. (1) Firm legs: Place your hands flat on your thighs. The thumbs point forward, the spread fingers encircle the leg. Now stroke with a little pressure from the knees to the hips. (2) Good for the blood circulation: First stroke again from the ankles to the knees with light pressure and flat hands. Then pluck the calves with your fingers and then gently pat the outside of the thighs with your fist. (3) For tight knees: Place your thumbs on your kneecaps and apply slight pressure to the sides with your middle fingers (as if you were to fix the kneecap). Now circle with your middle fingers. This stimulates the lymphatic system and the water is better transported away (approx. 5 minutes each time).
