Evening skin care
The skin is just as exhausted in the evening as you are. It no longer manages to protect itself and to recover as well. Treating them with a strong cleansing now would only irritate them. It is better to use a gentle cleaning agent that has a nourishing, moisturizing effect. That doesn't mean that you can't use a nourishing cream in the evening. During the night the skin has time to regenerate. It is not for nothing that one speaks of "beauty sleep". A growth hormone is released at night, which takes care of cell renewal, water is stored and "zack" our skin looks plump and healthy again the next morning. A skin care cream that is tailored to the needs of the skin can support this regeneration process.
