One thing is undoubtedly clear: when it comes to skin care, nature provides the best active ingredients for our complexion. One of the most effective beautifiers is milk - and has been for centuries. It is still known today that the Egyptian queen Cleopatra bathed extensively in it, and rightly so: The proteins in milk are bursting with essential amino acids that moisturize and nourish our skin. In addition, special growth factors in milk accelerate cell division, stimulate the connective tissue and have a firming effect. Conclusion: For a smooth and firm body, care with milk is an absolute blessing, and even more so for the face.

In addition to water, proteins, vitamins and fat, milk also contains sugar, from which lactic acid is obtained. It is a real all-rounder for the skin and occurs, sometimes in higher and sometimes lower doses, mostly in skin-clarifying goodies and anti-aging products. Your advantages: Lactic acid not only loosens dead skin, but also keratinization, reduces wrinkles and makes the complexion glow evenly. It also has an antibacterial effect, which is why impurities gently but safely say goodbye.
