Micro-Concealing: THE new application method! This is how it works:
"Micro-concealing is a technique that is used to conceal impurities or pigment spots precisely by using a small amount of product and a brush," explains Mario Dedivanovic in an interview with Byrdie. According to the beauty expert, the following steps and techniques should be observed:
- Get yourself a thin cosmetic brush. You need this to cover bumps and stains as precisely as possible.
- Put a small amount of concealer on the back of your hand. Now cover the affected areas (really any irregularities!) With the brush and concealer.
- Gently blend the whole thing with your finger and gently knock out the concealer swabs. If necessary, you can fix the whole thing with a touch of powder.
- As Mario emphasizes: the perfect tone is crucial! So get yourself several colors and mix them if necessary. The concealer has to match your skin tone perfectly.
In order not to look like a patchwork carpet afterwards, Mario Dedivanovic has a particularly good tip for you: "Go as close as possible to natural light."
