SAG Awards: The 12 Best Red Carpet Looks

January is not only buffer coat time, but also award season, which each year culminates in the Oscars. After the Golden Globes, the Screen Actors Guild Awards were presented on January 20th - and the star density was high. While Chrissy Teigen joked on Twitter that everyone would only wear their third favorite dress at the SAG Awards ceremony, we have to clearly disagree. Or to put it another way: If the red carpet dresses were actually only the third choice, we are really excited to see what the Grammys and the 92nd Oscars will offer this year!

Black and white was definitely the color combination of the evening. Many stars even opted for an all-black look for the red carpet. But that doesn't mean that the looks were boring! Voluminous silhouettes, bows and breathtaking suits raised the simple style to a new level. It wasn't all dark, dark, dark though. Some celebs have gone for a neat splash of color - we also saw pink, bright orange and a return to the pink and red combo trend.

Another red carpet trend? Every second celebrity lady felt like wearing a belt. But enough of the words. Here are our favorite looks from the 2020 SAG Awards … and what can we say: For us, the Game of Thrones cast collected points above all.
